We will work in lockstep with you to find the perfect home for you and your family. Once we find the right specifications, our team will look constantly and send you options. IF you find properties you’d like to tour, it is as easy as texting your agent to get tours started.
STEP THREE: OFFERS AND NEGOTIATION:
When you find the one, we will make the process of negotiations transparent, simple, and easy. We will fight for you, and with you, to make sure the one you love doesn’t get away, and to make sure you don’t get taken advantage of in any transaction you’re involved in.
STEP FOUR: CLOSING
The closing table can be intimidating, especially for first-time buyers! Let an agent who has been there before (on both sides) take you to the finish line. We will help make sure every step is understood and will make sure you have a smooth closing en route to your new home!
