How do I get started?
Call me at 415.416.0893 or email me at max.perez@sothebysrealty.com to get started with a buyer’s or seller’s consultation. The call should last 30 minutes so I can get to know you and your situation.
How do you get paid?
My pay is negotiable, and either the buyer or seller of any given transaction will pay my fee.
What commitment is required?
Once we have your consultation and determine we are a good fit, I will send over a contract that will vary in length depending on the interaction.
What results can I expect?
You can expect the best in the industry. Transparency, knowledge, data, negotiation, and anything to do with your home I will have covered head-to-toe.
How much do you cost?
My fees range, and that is a conversation that is individual to every one of my clients, depending on the scope of work.
What do you help with?
I can help with the sale of your home, marketing your home, negotiating the sale of your home, handling the coordination of closing your home, as well as buying your home, drafting contracts for the purchase of your home, negotiating with listing agents, performing large-scale searches for homes, and giving best practices and advice when it comes to inspections of your new home.
How do I know how you are doing with the sale or purchase of my home?
You will receive updates that are custom to you. Do you want daily updates? You’ll get them! Do you want a weekly round-up? You’ll get it! Your experience is customer fit to your liking.
